EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS
January - May 2010
Theatre In The Park is now offering six workshops for anyone interested in learning how to work on building sets, lighting and set design, managing props or becoming an effective stage manager. All workshop participants will recieve a season membership which includes three tickets to any of the upcoming productions in the 2009/2010 season.
Please Note: STAGE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP - Rescheduled Date - February 27, 2010
LIGHTING WORKSHOP (some hands-on) - March 13, 2010
SCENE DESIGN WORKSHOP - April 10, 2010
SCENE PAINTING WORKSHOP (mostly hands-on) - April 24, 2010 (limited to 15 participants)
SCENIC CONSTRUCTION WORKSHOP (some hands-on) - May 8, 2010
Minimum Age: 16

ENROLLMENT FEES: $25 per workshop SPECIAL PACKAGE: All six workshops for $100
Workshops will be led by Stephen J. Larson, Scenic/Lighting Designer/Technical Director for Theatre In The Park.
All workshops will be held at Theatre In The Park, 107 Pullen Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.
Workshops Hours: 9am - 5pm, with one hour for lunch. Lunch is on your own.
Dress in clothes appropriate for working backstage. No sandals or open-toed shoes.
